Construction Details:

Material purchased at wal-mart cept wig. a really inexpensive outfit. Wig was blond, dyed from hair dye bought from hot topic.

Personal Thoughts:

My second cosplay, worn at M.T.A.C. 2006.(this outfit was also made before the shippuden naruto came out so I chose black instead of Kaki which was what most others were using at the time.)I also hated the brightness of the wig but it was a last minute thing.
