Construction Details:

Made a white dress following a pattern, then made the armbands. Added white fluffy stuff to the dress and armbands, then made the wings out of felt.

Personal Thoughts:

Bought the hat at Anime Boston, then decided to make a costume to go with it for ConnectiCon 2007. It was fun to wear at the time, but I'll definitely never wear it again.
