Construction Details:

Utena is hard not to cosplay from, and I found Juri to be the most interesting character from the series. The jacket was slightly altered from a pattern, and pants were just a basic slacks pattern I made a little more form fitting. Shoulder things are made of craft foam, styrofoam, and plastic keepsakes. Wig styled by me.
