Construction Details:

Coat: white fleece, gold trim for the embroidery, gold versace buttons, barely-pink pearls to accent the embroidery. Hat: white fleece super-glued then sewn onto a jean fedora, accented with thin gold trim and a crystal jewel. Shirt: an old long-sleeved, baby blue BeBe shirt dyed in deep violet fabric dye then cut the sleeves off and sewed the edges (I rolled up the shirt to get that Nico Robin midriff look). Skirt: store-bought black raylon skirt then sewed white cowgirl trim on hem. Boots: store-bought

Personal Thoughts:

Yea! I felt great in this costume even though it was terribly hot cuz Robin is just so sophisticated and sexy. I am overwhelmingly proud of how the coat and hat came out in particular. The coat has a very tailored look signature to Robin's Miss All Sunday coat and the hat was just so pimp. I'd rock this coat in winter too because it's not too flashy and very warm and practical :) More pictures will be posted soon, promise!
