My first was Otakon 2008. I walked in to a fantasy land of cosplay. The elaborate cosplays were so inspiring that I wanted to cosplay too! In 2009, I have started dressing up as my favorite characters that I have watched from animes I loved. At this time, I had no sewing machine so I had to buy them. In 2013, I finally got my first sewing machine as a graduation present and have started making my own cosplays ever since. I realized the best cosplay is when you make it because its a goal you have accomplished. :)
