I started attending conventions in 2000 and was always fascinated by the costumes and how people made them. In 2003/2004, I decided I too wanted to make and wear something to my local convention and busted out probably one of the worst costumes ever; but I was proud of what I had accomplished!

Over the years I have developed my skills and can finally show off things that I am proud of. I have also learned that my niche is actual sewing rather than wigs, props, or armor, but that doesn't mean I'll give up! It's one of those things that you will fail many times, but something will just "click" eventually and what you make will be awesome!
