Construction Details:

Pretty sure I cannabalized some camisoles for the tank tops, some old shoes, an old Kyoko Sakura wig, and some leftover fabric from Nidoran to make this! Hardest part was the scalloped edges on the skirt, but luckily the skirt material is spandex and the scallops could just be cut without finishing the edges.
