Construction Details:

Main pattern was drafted by me, the hat pattern was adapted from an existing hat. Made from royal blue twill with red and gold shantung trim and lining, and stretch pleather for the shorts, belt, and other accessories.

Personal Thoughts:

Since it's the first outfit you see Sheryl on stage in, it really sticks with you, and I've been wanting to cosplay it for a long time. Finished for Super Dimension Con 2018.
