Construction Details:

I made the whole blouse, skirt, muffler, bow, ears, and tail from scratch! A lot of fur in both these costumes. The arm sleeves were altered and the tights were dyed black at the bottom and top.

Personal Thoughts:

ARAI-SAN IS SO GOOD! Definitely my favorite friend! I was so happy to cosplay the wacky duo with my boyfriend as Fennec!

How was the wig colored?

Dip dyeing in IDye Poly, adding other colored wefts, and airbrushing!

Styling Notes

So much work put into the wigs but I am so happy with the turn out! I had to carefully dip dye the front of the wig in black IDye poly. Afterwards I sewed in some white wefts right in the front. Then I finally went over and airbrushed parts black and white very carefully with some stencils I made for the raccoon look. I also airbrushed a grey gradient throughout the wig.
