Construction Details:

In case it isnt obvious, I bought the hoodie, the T shirt, the shorts and the slippers. (however I did replace the hood on the hoodie to make it gray)
The real achievement is the skull. I used two halloween trick or treat pumpkins and cut them apart to form the base shape. I used an x-acto knife to cut the face shapes out.
Next I used Tin foil and hot glue to build up shapes around the eyes for the brow bone and on the nose. Then the entire skull is coated in Paper Clay. After it is sanded smooth, the entire head is coated in resin for stability and then sanded again. I painted the mask using acrylic paint and then a clear sealer. The eyes, nose and mouth are then covered in spandex. I can see out, but you cant see in! Also, having spandex around the mouth made it easier to talk and to breathe!
