Construction Details:

The skirt is made of red cotton, and the shirt is just a thrifted tshirt I altered and attached a peter pan collar I drafted to it. Everything else was bought.

Personal Thoughts:

I really wanted something sweet and simple to go with my boyfriend's Ash so I whipped up Serena's skirt and shirt in about a week. I would totally wear this just as an everyday look.
