Construction Details:

Probably shouldn't have decided to make this around 1.5 weeks before the event, but I did. Jewels were resin cast, and accessories are foam coated in resin. Bias tape was handsewn on because I didn't want any stitching to show. Chaltier is primarily made out of balsa wood + craft foam, and coated with resin.
