Construction Details:

The dress is a mixture of 2 patterns and is made out of kona cotton. The belt is elastic covered in navy kona. The bow is actually from my non-super fuku and attached with snaps.

Personal Thoughts:

Sailor Neptune is one of my hands down favorite characters of all time if not my #1 character of all time. Because of this I love to do her in any incarnation, but casual is by far one of the most fun.

Styling Notes

I took the bangs and curled them, teased and sprayed them into place.
