Construction Details:

Images and 3D models of Fiora were used as reference. Everything was redrawn using Adobe Illustrator and printed to make templates.

EVA Foam was used as a base, with craft foam used in some areas.

White garbage cans from Walmart were used in various areas where something strong, but flexible was needed.

Plastidip was used to coat and seal the foam. Semi-gloss spray paint was then used over the top.

Colour and detail were painted on using acrylic.

Weapons were made from rigid pink insulation foam, coated with Gesso and painted.

Overall time from start to finish: 4 months.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first time making armor and the first time using these materials. It's amazing how much I managed to learn while making this costume!
