About this Costume
Construction Details:
I had this micro suede that I was going to use for Ciel Phantomhive BUT I decided it wasn't going to be enough for pants and a long coat. SO It would work perfect for Mistress 9.

I created a bodice and added a satin black trim to the top. I created a small bolero. I modified it along the way. I made some bloomers out of the same material and that was basically it. I created two skirts for the bottom out of white satin.

So then I created my own pearl chain because I didn't have anything else. I cut wire and added pearls. ta da pearl chain.rnrnI had a long lace trim that I wanted to use but never found anything for it. But now I did. I had to trim a lot of it to make it look like the artwork but it looks perfect now.

I broke an ink pen and used the ink to dye four white flowers. I then took apart the flowers to create two bigger flowers. I got some twigs from outside and painted them with nail polish. I figured if they were black against my hair it wouldn't stand out too much so I opted to make them blue. I found four stars at JoAnns. Thankfully I found something to use

I used some gloves, thigh highs and boots I had at home and that was it. Oh and a bang clip.. because really I don't have bangs.
Personal Thoughts:
As soon as I saw NoFlutter releasing her design of Mistress 9 I died. I have a habit of dying a lot. Overdramatic much? Always. Also I wanted to cosplay Mistress 9 for a while.
