About this Costume

Tie & Trousers made from a poly/cotton bottomweight. Stripes/plaid are painted by hand (I did the pants plaid before sewing them, but painted the tie after I sewed it so I could get the stripes at the right angle).
Blazer was purchased & the patch came from "ProfessionallyCute" on etsy! - Personal Thoughts:
- Decided to make Haruka's uniform since i was already making a Uranus fuku. hahahaha. A nice comfy cosplay for evenings!!!
Told myself when I cosplayed Finnian that I would never paint custom plaid again. PAST RACHEL LIED.
