Thanks to Suzanne's lovely fuku tutorial this was so much easier to make with her notes on how to do the skirt, bows, and sailor collar. Shirt pattern was provided by Kimi 'cuz she's a saint.

This is the nicest cosplay I've made in a while. I'm actually fairly pleased with this. This hardly ever happens. haha
