Construction Details:

This costume was handmade by me for Halloween season at Tokyo Disney Land. (they allow full cosplay two weeks out of the season there) I made the tail from metallic green taffeta and tulle. I added pearls and beads for accents. The bra was two plastic clam shells glued over a flesh tone bra and also accented with beads and knick knacks. It was not a very hard costume to make but I really enjoy wearing it! Its so easy and airy. I made the skirt Trumpet style so I would be free to move around the park in it, we have to do alot of walking after all. For my wig I recycled an older red wig, styled it and stuck hair curlers underneath the "wave" to get her bangs to be really poofy. The haircurlers are permanently sewn in under the wave and then lots and lots of hairspray!
