Construction Details:

This was a sort of last minute costume for DragonCon. I already had the blouse from my personal wardrobe, my vest from my Scottish clan attire, and an apron from Beauty and the Beast. I got a red maxi skirt from Goodwill and made a hat out of red felt. I also made my boyfriend's vest, hat, beard, belt, and pin.
