The skirt is 4 way stretch matte spandex, which I also used on the sleeves of my top. The entire top is french seamed and hand patterned. My dog tags that I have are custom made to read "Anarchy Panty, Daten City" etc! It was a fun little detail. I have a lot of fun wearing this with my friend as Stocking!
