Construction Details:

Took over the span of a summer.

All of the clothes were patterened myself. The pants were elastic (which was super comfy). I made the shoe covers and used the same pleather for the gloves and belt accessories. I also learned how to weave basic chainmaille that year.

The sword, shield, and sheath are all made out of cardboard, insulation foam, and wood filler. Very tedious but fun to learn process!

Personal Thoughts:

It was my first time crossplaying! I had always wanted to dress as a boy and I really loved the vibrant design Link had in Skyward Sword. It was definitely a fun time wearing this but tiiiiiring. The whole costume is quite heavy!
