Construction Details:

Skirt is incredibly basic, it's pretty much a rectangle with a waistband that just buttons on the side. The top is half of a dress pattern that I tweaked to include a lining and boning. I modified a pattern for a corset to include the peak in the middle as well while removing the cups. The hat I made myself, but it's really floppy and kinda crummy.

Personal Thoughts:

I need a spell for boobs.
