Construction Details:

I made everything except the base corset, which was a fashion corset I had purchased off eBay (and used to wear under my Garnet cosplay!). I added the black strips with bias tape and white ribbon (although the ribbon never shows up in photos). For the bolero and skirt I used the royalty 3 velvet fabric from Joann's in navy, and the Butterick patterns B5041 and B3354. The bolero is lined, skirt is not. Under the skirt is my Garnet hoopskirt with the hoop boning removed. The shoes were a lucky thrift store find! My choker is from Etsy, and the cage brooch is from Sanshee.

Personal Thoughts:

I love Elizabeth and love cosplaying her so much. It's such a comfortable, easy to wear cosplay that doesn't take up a ton of space that it's easy to wear at crowded cons, which is always a plus.
