Construction Details:

Top is a paisley print cotton and lined. Straps and leggings are made from cotton lycra. Roses are hand sewn onto the belt and the green ones are painted! Skirt is a circle skirt made from a dark purple twill with horse hair sewn into the hem to give it more flounce. Shoes are just purchased from Cocolulu last time I went to Japan!
