Almost all of the fabric for this was left over from other projects! The bustier, skirt and bow are Casa satin, with the bustier lining being a heavy-weight twill/cotton. Sheer under-layer is crinkle chiffon.
I'd never made a bustier before, so it was challenging to get the fit just right, and getting the bust cup seams to lay flat and smooth. There is boning (just plastic/rigilene) in the under-bust channels, and the top half of the bodice. The front separates with a separating zipper.
Skirt was pretty simple, though it separates in the front, to try to match how it would work in the artwork. That probably wasn't a great idea, since it's just a velcro closure stitched to the skirt front facings, and I have to sit down very carefully so that it doesn't start to come open, haha. XD;;
The bow velcros on to the sash, and has craft foam layered between the fabric to hold its shape.
I managed to find lace trim with a heart pattern from JoAnn, so I used that for the choker (and added a center panel and rhinestones for a little more interest). I decided not to mess with the lace on the tops of the thigh-highs since I wasn't completely happy with the width of the heart lace, and I was worried about the lace not laying right/kind of said 'fuck it'. XD
The shoes were originally yellow, but I painted them (except the soles which are that pseudo-wood grain) with Angelus leather paint. I also added an ankle strap with some leftover vinyl that I had.

- Used 1 pack of long extensions, wire, clear packing tape and caulk for the drill curls.
