Construction Details:

The short I bought at Joanns then used an iron on and i bought a pair of black flats and white knee high socks. The skirt I made using a simple cotton that I double layered and added elastic. The scarf is a knit that I cut two really long strips out of and sewed them together.

Personal Thoughts:

It's such an easy costume that I whipped it up in a day but I really did have fun as Rose with all my friends! Royalmoth on tumblr was my Roxy! I only wore her for sakuracon but I hope to accomplish more versions of her.
