Construction Details:

Old armor worn at AnimeNext 2013 and at Otakon 2013- the old version took 5 months to build, won an Honorable Mention Award at AnimeNEXT 2013. It had 71 LEDs and EL wire and hooked up to a central power pack located in the chest area.

The latest version is constructed with cardboard, resin and vinyl and it is more flexible and maneuverable than the last version.

Personal Thoughts:

All new cosplay made in 1.5 months time, 112 LEDs powered by a 12V battery pack. Worn at AnimeNEXT 2014
