About this Costume
- Personal Thoughts:
- Complex. I had to draft the pattern from scratch. From the circle skirts to the kimono sleeves.
3 circle skirts for the top layer, 2 for the bottom with custom box pleats. 40+ yards of trim is sewn into this outfit alone and took me HOURS.
Made with super lightweight materials for the most part, the outfit still took a good chunk of time.

- I actually bought some short wefts to make the tiny pig tails out of. I wrapped them on the inside of the wig and sewn them to the wig itself before attempting to stick them on the outside. I also used a good amount of the hair to add to the long loose hair in the back of her head. Overall it was very easy, but very time consuming to get the right volume and cut I wanted it to have
