Construction Details:

I've seen a lot of Orianna cosplayers paint their outfits, and i wanted to try not to - because of this, the costume consisted of multiple types of harshly textured fabrics. Not the most comfortable thing in the world but it looked cool and raggedy :)

Both the front and back of the top had working zippers, and the seams around both were left raw and then further deconstructed to give the illusion of a well worn rag doll.
The shoulder pieces were created from a foam mat cut and shaped then covered in two shades of teal fabric. The inside of these were covered in the same grey fabric used on the skirt in an attempt to cover up any skin that may have shown :)
The turn key in the back, as well as the large zipper pull in the front, were made of eva foam and craft foam which were coated in gesso and then painted silver.
