Construction Details:

Pattern was found online via 4chan and was apparently drafted by looking at an official playboy bunny suit. Being the idiot that I am, the mentality of "go big or go home" came into play so I decided to use a non-stretch satin. Quickly found out how stupid that was for a first attempt. Boning was plastic since I didn't have enough time to order metal, a problem I plan on fixing next time. Rolled hems and lots of trial and error. Ears need fixing to stay up next time, but stayed up decently with pieces of the plastic boning. Cuffs were hand drafted and tights were purchased.

Personal Thoughts:

Making this suit in basically two days with an ill fitting pattern was a HUGE learning experience, but I can't wait to make more suits and hopefully get some actual photos soon! Daicon III and IV were so much fun to watch and getting to cosplay Gainax's perfect bunny girl was a blast with all the Gainax ladies!
