Construction Details:

The oufit is made with miliskin matte spandex and is lined with mesh lining of the same or similar color. The construction of the costume was made by using this tutorial:

I have never made a swimsuit before and this was really helpful and broken into different parts to make it easier for beginners to understand.

I altered the design of the fanart because I was afraid of messing up the higher bottom portion so I just made three relatively similar sized parts.

This was also my first time working with cups and BOY DOES IT MAKE THINGS EASIER. Didn't forgot about mah gurls this time hur hur hur

Hair pieces were made with sculpy.

Personal Thoughts:

My friend was all "Hey, be Korra." and I was all "K."

We were going to a waterpark [Colossalcon] so we were doing swimsuit variations. Korra doesn't have one but I found this fanart:

And asked the artist if it would be okay for me to make a swimsuit that's similar.

I got the okay and I made it!

My friend however... made nothing. MEN.
