Construction Details:

I was poor when making this outfit, so I used some pants I already had and I made the shirts from scratch, but I didn't have fabric for the boot covers, so I bought big yellow pants from goodwill ($3.00) and used that as fabric for boot covers, and I made the socks to.

Personal Thoughts:

I made one of my favorite characters from Dragonball Z! I love Videl so much, she is one of those female characters that isn't that strong but grows as a person and I have a mega crush on Saiyaman! lol.
