Construction Details:

I tried making the bodysuit but that didnt work so i bought a bodysuit and altered it. I bought a large light green mens shirt but cut it up and dyed it a darker shirt. Then just bought green cowboy boots and two white belts. It was super easy.

Personal Thoughts:

Rogue is one of my favorite superheroes and ive always wanted to do her 90's outfit(yellow and green bodysuit) but i didnt have the skills to make that bodysuit yet. So I looked at her other outfits and decided to be 80's Rogue, without the gross mullet :P.
