Construction Details:

Let's go step by step - as with all my other cosplays:
Glasses - I got $5.00 reflective glasses at Walmart, added the frame with wonderflex, modgepodged them smooth and painted them gold with Martha Stewart's yellow gold to get the metallic yellow sheen. 8D

Shoulder armor - craft foam, modge podge and same MS paint. XD I left brush strokes with the modge podge because I liked the textured look. The black marks are painted on.

Arm and ankle armors - craft foam, modge podge, and Martha stewart's craft paint...in sterling silver this time XD

Cape: Navy Blue polyester, gold shantung applique and two different kinds of gold trim.

Blue (Orca Suit): White gabardine and blue polyester (I had the fabric on hand XD). It's a one piece, the white panels sewn in (they were basically arrows pointing down), the black stripes on the side were pieces of nylon trim. And I very, very stupidly put the zipper in the back. XD

Belt. LOL craft foam, modge podge and yellow paint

Personal Thoughts:

Making Ken was fun and since he's my favorite in the series...well XD I just...I also realized that making a body suit out of non-stretch fabric was not the best idea XD
