Construction Details:

The dress is made from casa satin. I used a cocktail dress pattern from Simplicity for the bodice, and patterned my own sleeves. The skirt I just kind of eyeballed and hand-pleated. I inserted some elastic in the bottom hem of the sleeves to get them to ruffle and gathered the tops by hand. The peterpan collar and waistband sash are made from scraps from the Sailor Saturn cosplay I made for a friend and it frays like a motherducker. The crown is made from foamie that has been spray painted gold and the gem is resin cast with a painted back.



New for 2014: I actually painted my skin for AB this year with snazaroo in light pink. :D

Personal Thoughts:

I'm so happy I finally was able to cosplay PB!! She's definitely one of my favorite characters in Adventure Time (and she's pink). It's so much fun seeing little kids get all excited to see me in this costume.

Styling Notes

New wig for this year! Yaaaay! Just straightened this one and trimmed the bangs.
