Red Vinyl cut according to the seams on the artwork I've observed. Stretch swim fabric for the pants (which is sewn to the top) Belts made out of yellow vinyl. Cape made out of swim fabrics (haha)

- Definitely one of the cosplays I've worked on the hardest
