Construction Details:

Favorite Aspect: The visor. Learning to work with acrylic plastic was easy and amazing, and even though it pushes a little close to the face than I'd like, it's a lot of fun to wear. The wig is cute, and the LED's in the cord are pretty too. And the entire costume is lined~. Something I normally skimp on.

Easiest Task: The coat and pants and everything was pretty easy and fast to put together, especially after Hikaru, and some things had the same basic shape, etc.

Least Favorite Aspect: The shoulders. I wanted them to be detachable for easier traveling, but the process wasn't working, and they ended up being sewn on, and they look a little odd. Not sure if they should have been bigger or not. And the gloves; they are retarded ugly, and kind of small.

Hardest Task: The boots are a slightly off color from everything else, and they were insanely hard to find in any shade of blue. I was going to just paint a white pair, but came across a blue pair at the last minute, which wasn't too bad.

Personal Thoughts:

Evan said she wanted to be my cosplay partner, and when I asked her to pick the costumes, she picked Hikaru and Wizard. However, she couldn't do as much of the sewing as she thought, and I ended up footing most of the costume between my list and work/school schedule. Anyway, we got these done for the Yume Cup 2010 at Anime Matsuri.
