The cardigan was purchased and altered. The skirt was made, and the wig was hand colored with Sharpie marker.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love Silent Hill 2 - not only is it my favorite entry in the Silent Hill series, but Maria is one of my favorite characters in a game ever. SO SAD, SO SASSY!!!! Although I know I'm bigger than she is, I took heart to hear she was originally intended to be a touch off from "perfect". Here's a collection of photos I've had taken of her. The contact lenses were eventually added to the costume because there's something otherworldly about her, and I thought they'd be a nice touch to add that element!
