Construction Details:

Basic white top made out of eyelet cotton. Gathered skirt with a butt roll, and basic bodice with laces down the front (where I can't count and put in 11 eyelets on each side instead of 10 ;_;), all made out of blue linen. Totally inaccurate shoes, but I wasn't able to find a pair in time so I made do with these.

Personal Thoughts:

I started this costume for Dragon*Con 2012, but had to drop it when I realized I wouldn't be able to finish it. I picked it up again a few weeks before Arisia 2013 to finish, but between those two cons I started doing CrossFit, and my body shape totally changed and the bodice no longer fit. I didn't have time to before Arisia, but I will have to take it all apart and refit it. Joy.
