Construction Details:

This cosplay took about a week and half to complete. We used iron on padding to create the effect of the ruffles on the bottom and also the shoulders have padding in them. the wings were a little hard to figure out how to make them look like they are naturally there. They connect with a belt under the dress and the wings themselves are pinned to the dress to create the flying look.

Personal Thoughts:

She is such a bubbly Pokemon it was an honor to cosplay her.
