Construction Details:

The hat is from Spirit Halloween and was originally red, then spray painted pink. I hot-glued a ribbon sash and made the heart buckle out of wire. Wig was a Sheryl wig purchased online. The barrettes I had and the earrings I made, with some materials I already had and some from Hobby Lobby. The shirt is the bodice of a dress from an old pattern of my mom's. The vest is made from a pattern and I only had to alter is slightly, making it double-breasted and adding the notches in the collar. The skirt is made from a "Sexy" Halloween pattern though I lengthened the skirt because otherwise it ends right under your butt cheeks. I added slits and the ribbon. For the gauntlets I measured my wrist to make sure it would be big enough, then cut it out in the shape I wanted. I hand-stitched round red ribbon on and attached gold snaps. I made a petticoat from pink organza, combining a couple of patterns to get what I wanted. The scarf is made from the same material. The thigh highs are from sock dreams website and I attached some stretchy purple ribbon for garter straps which are attached to a wide piece of elastic under the skirt. The boot covers I made using Fire Lily cosplay then added braided ribbon to the back, which I tied in a knot near the ends, letting the ends fray. I also added the heart decals then hand sewed the gold glass beads on the front. The gun and holster is from Spirit Halloween which are painted and I added a buckle to.
