The design was done by myself and my friend Steph. She and Yue did all of the painting as well. Thank you gals!
The lighter blue part of the dress is 2 circle skirts. The outer part of the dress is 1 1/2 circle skirts. The dark blue is taffeta that was gradient dyed at the bottom. The light blue fabric used for the gloves and corset is a cotton sateen that was dyed.
