The costume is made of texture terlenka white and white denim. The ruffles are made of white satin ribbon and transparent plastic hearts with glass paint.

I love Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt! <3 Panty is my favorite character because she is elegant but then in a sexy way and she made me laugh the most. ^_^ I love her angel outfit!
