Personal Thoughts:

This costume was a TRIAL. Meg and I slaved away for about a year to complete it. The costume consists of several layers (all made by us): Hoopskirt, corset, petticoat, underskirt, overskirt/bodice, cape. It's quite heavy but so fun to wear! The motifs were all hand embroidered and there are about 200 beads and 200 crystals sewn onto the dress. Rhinestone trim lines the overskirt and neckline. All the work was worth it in the end, the costume turned out better than we could have imagined. Takarazuka Forever~*
