Construction Details:

The skirt was hand made, hand-pleated, with just simple black cotton. The sweatshirt was bought and dyed yellow and fabric from my "twin"'s skirt was used to make the puppy ears that I sewed onto the hood.
The dye job was the most difficult because the first time left it covered in splotches of blue and green and brown, so I had to bleach it and start over, which has kind of ruined the vitality of the elastic.

Personal Thoughts:

I really love this cosplay. Even if recognition is low, it's still really fun. It's also low maintenance and easy to run around a con in.

Styling Notes

We just trimmed the sides and braided it down the back in one braid that goes over the left shoulder.
