Construction Details:

The main body is made of rigid insulation foam covered in paper mache. The end caps and handles are wood. I used a router a lot for this to round the edges and create the various recesses. I should have sanded the caps more but, ran out of time.

My dad helped make the hinges! :D

Personal Thoughts:

Admittedly I chose this one due to time constraints and I figured it would be the fastest to make, and it sort of was. A lot of people make this one due to perceived easiness, but I wanted to really make it perfect.
