Construction Details:

I found the t-shirt at The Official Store for the movie. I wanted to get mine in red, but the only one they had in medium was the blue, so that's what I got. Since wearing it at D*C, I went and bought a red in large. It fits better and it's the color I wanted to being with.

The goggles took some work. It turns out the goggles they used for Dr. Horrible aren't being made anymore. So I ordered a pair of their replacement. The only problem is they're green. Well, they also don't have the same style vents, but that's a small difference compared to the color. I used silver spray paint meant to be used on plastic. It works really well.

Aside from that it's completely from my wardrobe. Whatever pair and color of jeans I feel like wearing is what I'll wear. Doesn't really matter. Same goes for the shoes. Just whatever sneakers seem like the best choice at the time.

After a while I decided I needed some sort of prop. I wanted it to be something that a groupie would have. Something they made themselves. I came up with a plushie Dr. Horrible. I just drew up a pattern, used a bunch of felt, and ended up with a cute little Dr. Horrible!

Personal Thoughts:

The first time I watched Dr. Horrible I loved it. I wanted to cosplay someone from it, but I knew that doing Dr. Horrible himself would be expensive and hard to do. Then I found the groupie shirt and knew what I would do.
