Construction Details:

I made the shirt based off a pattern from a dress shirt I had and then added lace and a bunch of fabric that I pre-ruffled to the front. I was really lazy, so I put a zipper up the middle so I can just zip it on and off. For the skirt I just cut and sewed to my body before ruffling some fabric and sewing it to the hem. Then I just tied a red belt to my waist and was done! Yellow tights and red shoes and beret were purchased. I think it took me a couple hours to make this outfit?
