Construction Details:

This was a last minute (really, I had a month with homework and finals to get it done), so to minimize stress I bought a lab coat, the boots, and used a shirt I already had. I made the dress and a skirt that I wore on another day. The wig (no idea what brand) was in my storage from my Hinamori cosplay, so I cut the bangs. I made the handwarmers and bought the arm jewelry (everything else I had on hand). Got the Caf-Pow! mug on sale at the NCIS website.

For such an easy costume, it easily got the most recognition out of any of my costumes.
