Construction Details:

Group entry with carladawn as Super Sailor Neptune and myself as Super Sailor Uranus for the Sailor Moon contest.

For my Sailor Uranus Costume, I used the Green Pepper skating dress pattern to create the leotard with attached skirt. I used online tutorials to make the gloves, sailor collar and bows. I painted my boots "midnight blue" and handmade my tiara out of craftfoam.
